Ficus plants are some of the most popular houseplants out there, and for good reason! At maturity, many grow into stately trees or sometimes a long and beautiful vine or bonsai. There is almost certainly a ficus out there that will suit your tastes. They are known to be a little more high maintenance than other plants, but if you can give them a good environment they will thrive! The council tree is lovely with rounded glossy leaves that showcase a gentle variegation of yellows and greens with boldly contrasting veins.
