Laboratory of Verbal Expression is an open format workshop about how to express your needs, boundaries, and desires.
We’ll start each 60 minute group in stillness, focusing your attention on a conversation you are actively avoiding.
During this time you will dig deeper within yourself to discover the origins of your fears and what stories you’ve created around them. After, we will experiment with ways of verbally expressing and processing. This will happen in a group setting giving you the opportunity to exercise your muscles of vulnerability by revealing yourself and claiming what you want or don’t want for your life in confidential community.
We will close our experience with a facilitated invitation to create a roadmap for you to arrive at or even drive passed your desired destination.
Facilitator Jade Levinson, is an Integrative Sex and Relationship guide with a private practice in Boulder, CO. She uses her collected toolkit of intuitive movement, Internal Family Systems, Non-Violent communication, Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, Tantra, and the Wheel of Consent to empower humans of all ages and genders to remember how to listen and trust their bodies to experience the delightfulness of pleasure and safety.
